Joe is considered one of the top luxury real estate agents and has spent more than 15 years serving the needs of luxury real estate buyers and sellers throughout Southwest Florida. Joe specializes in luxury lifestyle developments from Naples to Fort Myers.

It has been an absolute honor working alongside one of the most respected names in the real estate industry on this website project. Joe Pavich, Jr. grew up with our President and CEO, Zach Katkin, they were neighbors and continued to stay connected as they matured into their respective careers. Joe was looking to partner with a local firm that would provide him with recommendations on where to go and what to do, so Joe reached out to Zach when it was time to take his outdated website to the next level. Joe wanted a modern website that would speak to his clientele and one in which his clients could interact with.
