Atilus Launches Web Portal to Help Connect Collier County Talent to Local Employers

The Leadership Collier Foundation, part of the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce, launched a new web-based portal to connect local students and Leadership Collier Alumni to job opportunities in Collier County. The Foundation selected Atilus, a local digital agency, to scope, plan, and build the portal after interviewing several agencies.

The Foundation was created to build a network of community leaders who enhance their leadership abilities and skills through continuing education, community involvement, and more.

The new membership portal serves as a work-based learning and mentorship connection website and took approximately 1 ½ years to complete from the initial scoping and planning phase to final launch. Students and Leadership Collier Alumni can create individual profiles that list their resumes and skillsets, while local employers can post internships and other work-based learning opportunities.

Leadership Collier Alumni are also able to list themselves as mentors or search for mentors, allowing them to connect with an individual in their desired field in order to enhance their careers.
