Secondhand to a Second Chance
From nearly new to gently loved, secondhand dresses were once bought to cut costs; today women have bragging rights. The secret is out, and the trend is in; finding value for less is really chic right now. Not only are you being conscious of your pocketbook, your giving a dress a second chance. The knowledge of knowing a gently loved dress could make someone else’s day fabulous should be enough motivation to donate.
PACE Center for Girls: Love That Dress Event!
Love That Dress! Is the ultimate feel-good shopping spree of the year benefiting PACE Center for Girls. PACE Center for Girls is a juvenile delinquency prevention and intervention program targeting the unique needs of girls, ages 12 to 18, who face challenges such as domestic violence, abuse, and neglect. PACE values all girls and young women, believing each one deserves an opportunity to find her voice, achieve her potential and celebrate a life defined by responsibility, dignity, serenity and grace. PACE provides these young women with guidance and educational opportunities, leading them down a path towards a brighter future. These young women are the heart of this event; give them a second chance by either donating a secondhand dress or by attending Love That Dress!
Southwest Florida will be hosting two Love That Dress! Events: one in Lee County and the other in Collier County.
