A Full Support Department

We’re excited to announce some new changes happening at Atilus. We’re opening a Support Department to further cement our dedication to client happiness & success. With Atilus’ year-over-year growth of over 20% the past two years – it only made sense. I will be spearheading this department & will respond any support@atilus.com emails and ensure that your issues are resolved quickly.

In this new role, I will oversee helping existing clients with the exceptional technology and customer support Atilus is known for delivering. In addition, I am implementing a client-happiness initiative to ensure customer satisfaction, cementing the firm as the leader in client relations.

Client Happiness

I’ll be working alongside the team in a variety of ways to ensure our clients’ happiness and success. One of my major initiatives will be to make sure that all our clients are as happy as they can be with their website. To achieve this, I’ll regularly be reaching out to clients to ensure their satisfaction.

As we transition into this new phase of Atilus feel free to directly reach out to me with any questions I’ll be happy to answer them all! I look forward to cultivating a stronger relationship with all our clients.

Q: I currently have a Client Services Manager does this mean they go away?

A: Nope! If you currently have a Client Services Manager, they are not going anywhere!

 Q: Who do I email support requests to?

A: Support@atilus.com if you do not have a Client Service Manager. If you have a Client Service Manager please email them – they will ensure that the issue is taken care of!

Q:  Are there incentives for filling out the happiness survey?

A: Yes! They will be announced every quarter. Keep an eye out for our monthly newsletter we’ll announce the first incentive soon.

Q: I have a business I’d like to refer.
